The Day It
All Made Sense

It started with a track day. My car. My coach. Silverstone. The moment we came off the circuit, he turned to me and said he couldn't remember the last time he'd felt that alive.

He wasn't alone. Every man on that track — successful, driven, carrying it all — had the same look. Eyes lit up. Present. Completely themselves. This was their release. Not a holiday. Not a drink. Something real.

That was the moment I pulled together my two greatest passions: racing my Aston Martin around Silverstone, and helping men get back to who they were always supposed to be.

DAY 01 Return, Reclaim & Recalibrate
📍 Escapade — Silverstone Trackside Accommodation

Day One takes place at Escapade — Silverstone's iconic trackside accommodation. You're already at the circuit before you even step on it. The setting alone signals that something different is happening here.

This is a day of honest, high-performance work. We go deep before we go fast. The morning starts around the table — breakfast together, no phones, no performance required. Just men showing up as they are. What follows is a carefully structured day of coaching, reflection and rebuilding — designed to close the gap between who you've become and who you were always meant to be.

Arrival & Breakfast Together The day begins around the table. A proper breakfast, shared with the group. No agenda yet — just men arriving, settling in, and beginning to decompress from the world they've temporarily left behind.
Session 1
The Audit — Closing The Gap A structured, guided coaching session where each man maps out the areas of his life he has neglected, deprioritised, or quietly grieved. We call this Closing The Gap — the distance between who you are right now and who you know you're capable of being. This isn't theory. This is your life on paper, honestly assessed for the first time.
Mid-Morning
Physical Reactivation Full access to the gym and pool at Escapade. A guided physical session designed not to punish you, but to reconnect you with your body — the engine that's been running on empty. Movement is medicine here. You'll feel the difference within the hour.
Lunch
Shared Lunch — Fuel & Connection Every meal at Apex 48 is eaten together. Intentionally. No alcohol. Clean, high-performance fuel that keeps your mind sharp and your energy consistent. This is also where the camaraderie starts to build — men realising they're not alone in what they've been carrying.
Session 2
The Vision Map — Building Your Intentional Life Using high-performance coaching frameworks, you'll build out a personal vision of the life you actually want — not the one you've defaulted into. Adventure. Freedom. Physicality. Excitement. We map these into your real life with the same rigour you apply to your business. This is your 20% Blueprint taking shape.
Session 3
Identity & The Story You've Been Telling Yourself The most powerful session of the day. A deep coaching process that surfaces the beliefs, compromises, and identity shifts that created the prison you're in. We challenge them directly. This is where men have breakthroughs — not because something is done to them, but because they finally see clearly what they've been doing to themselves.
Evening
Dinner Together & Evening Integration The day closes around the table again. Dinner together — trackside at Escapade, Silverstone's circuit lit up outside. The conversation at this table is unlike anything most of these men will have experienced. Real. Honest. No performance. A group of high-achieving men talking about what actually matters.
Hours 25 – 48
DAY 02 Reactivate. On Track. At Silverstone.

Day Two doesn't happen in a room. It happens on track. Everything you mapped, everything you committed to on Day One — you act on it today. Not next week. Not when the time is right. Today.

All food and drink is provided throughout the day at the circuit. This is a full, immersive track experience — and every man leaves having felt, in his body, what it means to be completely present and completely alive.

Morning
Breakfast & Briefing The day starts together — breakfast at Escapade before heading to the circuit. A final coaching session to lock in your intentions for the day. You know what you're here to feel. Now go and feel it.
On Track
The Circuit Experience — Three Ways In Drive your own car on one of the world's most iconic circuits. Ride as a passenger with Tim in his Aston Martin at full pace. Or take professional tuition in a Silverstone-supplied car if it's your first time on track. All food, drink, and circuit kit is provided throughout.
Lunch
Trackside Lunch Lunch at the circuit — together, as always. The energy at this table will be different from yesterday. You've felt it now. The conversation shifts from what's possible to what's next.
Final Session
Closing — The Commitment & The Plan The final coaching session of Apex 48. You leave this room with your 20% Blueprint finalised, your accountability structure in place, and a group of men who will hold you to it. This is not a motivational send-off. This is a contract with yourself.
